TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The buyer has paid a Reservation fee of 500 that will hold the puppy that is NON-REFUNDABLE due upon release of the puppy to the Buyer. Payment of the balance may be made by cash only. Buyer acknowledges and agrees that Buyer will forfeit the Reservation fee and any rights to the puppy if Buyer fails to complete the purchase of the puppy for any reason, or Buyer fails to pay the balance of the purchase price within 7 days of the agreed delivery date.in either event, the seller shall be free to sell the puppy to another party. If the puppy is unavailable due to sickness, death, or any other circumstance owing to the seller's fault, the Buyer's holding fee will be transferred to the next litter of puppies with NO REFUND.

Terms:

We Do Not Take Personal Checks, we only accept Cash

The buyer has 3 business days to send a deposit if not received in that time frame the puppy will go to the next on our waiting list

Vaccination:

Your puppy has been started on a vaccination If the puppy is here over 10 weeks, they will receive their second shot as well it is the buyer's responsibility to keep all vaccinations and preventative medicines up to date on the puppy and not to expose the puppy to any contagious or harmful disease that may cause illness or death.

Warranty:

 We Do Not Guarantee Size, Color, Temperament, coat, hernias, hypoglycemia, or hydrocephalus common in tiny Puppies or to be fully potty-trained new owner will have to put forth effort in continuing their training. We do routinely treat Coccidia and Giardia, but due to shipping, travel, and changes in homes, and environment, there is no guarantee that the pup may need to be retreated due to stress. Hypoglycemia (sugar shock) prevention is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend Karo Syrup to be kept on hand (especially with Poms under 2 pounds at 8 weeks) Please read about Hypoglycemia. Seller will NOT replace a puppy due to heat stroke, abuse/neglect, or improper socialization. The buyer agrees that they have thoroughly researched the Pomeranian breed and understand the health issues they can possess. The buyer is responsible for all medical costs of their puppy. (No refunds will be given)

Should the puppy become ill or have a life-threaten problem before leaving the premises of the seller, the buyer can pick a replacement puppy of equal value, which is first available. If you choose not to pick another puppy, then you lose the deposit you have put down. Pups have a 48-hour guarantee to be Checked by a licensed vet, Provided I receive a written letter from your Vet NO less than 3 business days will be replaced first available equal value. Pup must be returned within NO less than 72 hours

Keep your AKC Papers in a safe Place I charge a refiling /replacement fee of $20 and AKC Charges $15 to replace papers totaling $35. When signing this contract, you agree that the breeder will decide when the puppy is fit and ready to go to his/her new home. The age of placement is entirely up to the breeder

A forever home first to refusal:

If you can no longer provide care for the puppy the breeder will take the puppy/dog back at any time during its lifetime! With this commitment, the buyer should never consider euthanizing taking the dog to an animal shelter, pet shop, retail store, dog dealer, animal testing facility, research facility, or an agent for any such business or facility Buyer should contact the breeder immediately if there are thoughts of homing the puppy/dog the breeder will not issue a refund or provide another puppy if the animal is returned.

LIMITED AKC REGISTRATION:

This puppy is sold with a limited AKC registration this puppy is sold as a pet and companion only this puppy is not sold to be bred or used for breeding the buyer and seller agreed that this puppy is sold only to be a companion animal not for other purposes or reasons.

The Buyer acknowledges that they have read and understand and agree to this contract in full by The Purchaser is 18 years or older has read and fully understands the terms of this contract and agrees to comply with them
